Terms of Use

Kira helps you identify trading cards, organize your collection and see estimated market prices. You may use it for your own collecting and trading. Please don’t misuse it: don’t try to break, disrupt or reverse engineer the app, and don’t copy, scrape or redistribute its card data or prices.

Card data and prices come from third-party sources such as Cardmarket, TCGplayer and public card databases. They are provided “as is” and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Prices shown in another currency are converted at the day’s European Central Bank reference rate and are approximate. A price in Kira is not an offer to buy or sell, and nothing in Kira is financial or investment advice. Always check the marketplace before you buy, sell or trade.

Kira is free to download. Without a subscription you can currently scan 5 cards a day and keep up to 50 cards in your collection; search, prices and Explore are free. We may change these limits in future versions, starting from the version that introduces the change.

Kira Pro removes the free limits: unlimited scans and unlimited cards in your collection. It is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store, with two ways to start:

• Yearly with a free trial: free for 7 days, then €44.99 per year.
• Yearly with an introductory month: €0.99 for the first month, paid up front, then €44.99 per year.

Prices are in euros. The App Store shows the price in your local currency, including any applicable taxes, before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, with the free trial, when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the yearly price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (the trial, the introductory month or the year), and your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. If the price changes, Apple tells you in advance and, where required, asks for your consent first.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it. If you cancel, Kira Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

Payments, refunds and any right of withdrawal you have in your country are handled by Apple under its terms. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. To restore Kira Pro on a new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases in Profile, or Restore on the Kira Pro screen.

Your collection is stored only on your iPhone. We don’t keep a copy, so if you delete the app or lose your phone, your collection may be lost unless it’s in your iPhone’s own backup.

Kira is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Bandai, Konami, Wizards of the Coast, Disney, Ravensburger, Lucasfilm, Fantasy Flight Games, Legend Story Studios or Riot Games, or any other card game publisher. Card names, images and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify cards. Card images load from third-party websites and may sometimes be missing or change.

The Kira app, name, logo, design and code belong to us. The Standard EULA gives you a licence to use the app; it doesn’t transfer ownership.

We work to keep Kira accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Card data depends on third-party sources, and over time we may add, change or remove features, games or sources.

To the extent the law allows, Kira is provided “as is”, without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on price estimates. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country, or our liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we’ll point it out in the app. If you keep using Kira after a change, the updated terms apply.
